Mindful Tea Ceremony & Art Journalling at Books on High, Auckland CBD
When: Sun, May 26th from 2.30pm-4pm
This is a community event that The Grounded Circle collaborates with Books on High to support your wellness journey at a very small amount of energy exchange ($25 pp) during this financial declining period.
We will be upstair at Books on High's beautiful and cosy reading lounge surrounded by books and sunlit windows. If you have ever been to Books on High, you would know that this is a perfect venue for our Tea ceremony.
Space is limited to 12 people only (+14 years old kids are welcome - note that our tea has a small amount of caffein)
The event includes:
- Mindful Tea Ceremony & Silent meditation
- Art Journalling session
What to bring:
- Your own water bottle. We have a kitchen that you can fill up your bottle
- Your own journal & pen if you prefer your own pen (some people even bring their own calligraphy pen or marker. We do have some basic art supplies providing for you)
