Sierra is an artist, meditation teacher and writer based in Auckland, New Zealand. Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, Sierra weaves the Eastern philosophy influence of her upbringing into all of her present-day work.

In recent years, Sierra has become increasingly celebrated for her writing and illustrations, channelling her personal life lessons into books exploring meditation, mindfulness and art.

In her cozy Auckland studio, she resides alongside her partner Dean, where they endeavor to cultivate a space brimming with simplicity, joy and love. Through Sierra’s art, teachings, and writing, she is excited to continue supporting all who cross her path.

Attending Sierra’s and Dasha’s ‘Throat Chakra and Public Speaking’ workshop was such a delightful experience from which I took a lot away.

We went through many practices like embodiment, chanting, breathwork, tea meditation and improv leading up to the final Public Speaking exercise. It was a well-planned flow where all exercised had its purpose.

As someone who never enjoyed Public Speaking but rather dreaded it, this workshop has opened a new door for me and I’ve come to learn how wonderful and enjoyable Public Speaking can be despite fear/anxiety.
